Our Visit to Teleperformance: Innovation, Inclusivity, and Industry Readiness
We visited Teleperformance Philippines at SM Aura, BGC. Ms. Beatrice Grace Bonjibod, their Brand Marketing Specialist, welcomed us and shared how TP is a leader in digital business services, going way beyond just call centers.
We learned that Teleperformance is all about innovation and people. They use new tech and human-centered solutions to help clients, and they’re proud that 53% of their team are women. It was inspiring to see a company so committed to diversity and gender equality.
Ms. Bonjibod also talked about the importance of soft skills—like communication, teamwork, and empathy—alongside technical skills. She encouraged us to work on these to succeed in any job.
After her talk, we toured their Innovation and Solutions Hub, where we saw how automation and digital platforms are changing business. We also met the HR team, asked about careers and internships, and some of us even tried mock interviews and got helpful feedback.
We ended the day with some cool schwag from IBPAP. This visit really opened our eyes to the many career paths in IT-BPM and inspired us to aim for excellence, innovation, and inclusivity in our own futures.
